DONALD R. HALL

Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary in 1995 and his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board.  He is awaiting admission to the Bars of the States of New York and Connecticut.
