THEODORE N. KAPLAN

Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Reed College in 1963, his Master of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii in 1965 and his Juris Doctor degree from New York University Law School in 1968.  He then served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Sylvester J. Ryan, formerly Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Kaplan is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York (1969), and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

 Mr. Kaplan is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (Member, Committee on Art Law, 1983-1986, 1990-1993) and of the American Bar Association.
