RICHARD J. KILSHEIMER Received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1972 and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude
from St. John's University in 1975. He then served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Lloyd F. MacMahon, formerly Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Kilsheimer is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York (1976), and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Northern District of Indiana.
Mr. Kilsheimer is co-author of "Secondary Liability Developments", ABA
Litigation Section, Subcommittee on Secondary Liability, 1991-1994. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and of the Federal Bar Council. Mr. Kilsheimer has been a member of
the firm since 1983. |
